Alpha Planetary Gearboxes offer an extensive torque capacity range from 300 Nm to 4 million Nm with mechanical efficiency exceeding 97%, achieved through multi-stage precision helical gear design. Nitrided and ground gears with optimized helix angle maintain mechanical backlash below 2 arc minutes and reduce operational noise to less than 62 dBA. An intelligent lubrication system with active temperature control ensures stable performance across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, making this product suitable for industrial robotics, material handling systems, and heavy machinery.
