ROSSI EP Series planetary gearbox

The ROSSI EP Series planetary gearbox is one of the most advanced industrial power transmission systems, featuring a multi-stage planetary design and extremely high efficiency. It delivers output torque up to approximately 45,000 Nm, with gear ratios ranging from 3.5 to 1000 depending on configuration. The mechanical efficiency exceeds 97 percent, ensuring stable performance even at high speeds. The housing is made of nickel-chromium alloy steel, heat-treated for superior resistance to fatigue and dynamic loads. The symmetrical gear arrangement allows uniform force distribution and minimal vibration under continuous operation. Its internal lubrication system, either circulating or splash type with integrated filtration, reduces wear and extends component lifespan.

The ROSSI EP Series gearbox incorporates high-load-capacity roller bearings and multi-stage seals to prevent oil leakage and contamination. It supports horizontal, vertical, and flange-mounted configurations and is compatible with IEC standard motors up to 200 kW. The operating temperature range extends from -30 to +100 degrees Celsius, with a nominal noise level below 68 dB. Depending on model, the net weight ranges from 180 to 950 kilograms. Certified under CE, ISO 9001, and ATEX standards, the EP Series gearbox is engineered for steel, petrochemical, mining, cement, and turbine applications, offering exceptional reliability and long service life in demanding environments.
