The main oil pump is made from aluminum alloy and pressure-resistant steel, weighing approximately 12 kilograms. Its flow rate is 80 liters per minute, and operating pressure is adjustable up to 20 bar. The input shaft is designed to withstand 450 Nm torque, with a maximum rotational speed of 3500 RPM. Internal impellers and gears are precision-rolled and heat-treated to achieve oil transfer efficiency over 95 percent. Surface treatments including chrome plating and anodizing enhance corrosion and wear resistance, providing a service life exceeding 10 years.

The pump features standard 1.5-inch connections for oil lines and a 0.2-millimeter suction filter. Internal design ensures optimized oil flow while minimizing vibration and operational noise. Installation is performed on the engine with standard bolts and base, and routine maintenance as well as replacement of wear parts is fast and easy.
