Its thickness ranges from 4.5 to 6 millimeters, with a diameter of approximately 280 to 320 millimeters, ensuring full compatibility with the ZF 180 transmission system. The friction coefficient ranges from 0.28 to 0.35, enabling precise power transfer with minimal slippage. The plate surface is heat-treated and CNC-finished to enhance wear resistance and ensure reliable operation under continuous load cycles.

This graphite plate features a multilayer structure with ventilation grooves measuring 2.5 millimeters in width, enabling 25 percent faster heat dissipation compared to standard models.
