The charge pump is made of alloy steel and aluminum, resistant to pressure and wear, capable of withstanding operational pressures up to 300 bar. Its inlet and outlet diameter is 20 millimeters, providing fluid flow up to 100 liters per minute at 2500 RPM. The internal system features 15-degree helical gears, increasing energy transfer efficiency up to 90 percent. The pump body is heat-resistant up to 120 degrees Celsius, with CNC-machined internal surfaces to reduce wear.

Internally, it includes roller bearings with a radial load capacity up to 2500 Newtons and 6-millimeter lubrication grooves to minimize friction. The pump weighs approximately 6.8 kilograms, with main shaft assembly precision under 0.02 millimeters. Its modular design allows replacement of internal components without disassembling the entire body, while the internal lubrication system ensures a uniform flow of 2 liters per minute, extending component lifespan.
