The ZF 4WG190 and 4WG210 transmission travel pumps are made of aluminum alloy and wear-resistant steel. Their displacement ranges from 190 to 210 cc per revolution, and they can withstand operating pressure up to 35 MPa. The pump shaft is machined with H7 tolerance and supports radial loads up to 2500 N. Internal blades feature a nitrided coating with surface hardness of 60 HRC to reduce wear and efficiency loss. Operating temperature ranges from 0 to 120°C, and lubrication is provided with hydraulic oil of 32 to 68 cSt viscosity. Internal channel design minimizes turbulence and increases volumetric efficiency up to 92%.
The pump consists of a housing, blades, shaft, and sealing assembly. Shaft diameter ranges from 25 to 30 millimeters, and total pump length is 180 to 220 millimeters. Inlet and outlet ports are designed with standard SAE threads, supporting flow rates up to 120 liters per minute. Housing bolts are torqued to 80 N·m. Vibration resistance reaches 3000 oscillation cycles, and environmental corrosion protection is ensured. Optimized pump design provides stable transmission performance and extended hydraulic system lifespan.
