Construction Hydraulic Pump

The construction hydraulic pump is made of wear- and corrosion-resistant steel and aluminum alloy, with a displacement capacity ranging from 100 to 250 liters per minute. It is designed to operate at pressures between 180 and 380 bar and withstand operating temperatures from -25 to 130 degrees Celsius. The hardened input shaft has a diameter between 35 and 60 millimeters, and ball and roller bearings can handle radial and axial loads exceeding 30 kilonewtons. Internal components, including gears, vanes, and optimized oil channels, minimize pressure drop and achieve power transfer efficiency above 94 percent. Anti-corrosion coatings and industrial lubricants extend the pump’s service life to over 15,000 operating hours, ensuring stable performance under harsh construction conditions.

The pump structure includes a reinforced housing, relief valves, and internal filters to prevent debris from damaging components. The pump weighs between 45 and 110 kilograms and is installed using four to six standard M12 or M16 bolts. Its modular design allows replacement of damaged components without disassembling the entire hydraulic system, ensuring stable output flow with minimal fluctuation. Thermal and chemical resistance of the materials guarantees reliable pump operation under demanding construction machinery conditions.
