Hydraulic Pump

The hydraulic pump is made of pressure- and corrosion-resistant steel and aluminum alloy, with a displacement capacity of 50 to 120 liters per minute. It is designed to operate at pressures between 150 and 320 bar and can withstand operating temperatures from -20 to 120 degrees Celsius. The input shaft is made of hardened steel with a diameter between 25 and 45 millimeters, and ball and roller bearings provide resistance to radial and axial loads exceeding 20 kilonewtons. The internal design includes precision gears, vanes, and optimized oil channels to reduce pressure drop and achieve a power transfer efficiency exceeding 93 percent. Anti-corrosion coating and industrial lubricants extend pump service life to over 10,000 operating hours.

The pump structure includes a reinforced housing, relief valves, and internal filters to prevent debris from damaging components. The pump weighs between 35 and 85 kilograms and is installed using four to six M12 or M16 bolts. Its modular design allows component replacement without disassembling the entire hydraulic system, ensuring stable output flow with minimal fluctuation. Thermal and chemical resistance of the materials ensures consistent pump performance under harsh industrial and diesel engine conditions.
