Construction machinery supercharger

Construction machinery superchargers are manufactured from high-precision aluminum and steel alloys to ensure increased air pressure and engine efficiency under heavy loads. Compressor blades are heat-treated to 50–55 Rockwell C and can withstand rotational speeds up to 80,000 RPM. Supercharger inlet pressure is set between 1.2 and 2.0 bar, and operating temperature remains stable up to 120 degrees Celsius. Central bearings are designed with clearance below 0.005 millimeters to reduce vibration and noise while extending component lifespan.

The weight of construction machinery superchargers varies between 12 and 45 kilograms depending on model, with mounting performed using grade 12.9 bolts. Lubrication is provided by engine oil at 5–7 bar, and cooling is achieved via water or oil systems to control blade temperature. Impeller and housing design is performed with CAD software and CFD analysis to optimize airflow and increase volumetric efficiency up to 85 percent. The estimated service life under standard operating conditions exceeds 12000 hours.
