Construction engine components include pistons, crankshafts, connecting rods, and valves made from heat- and wear-resistant steel and aluminum alloys. Piston diameter ranges from 90 to 150 millimeters, with stroke lengths between 100 and 180 millimeters. Crankshafts are manufactured from chrome-molybdenum steel with surface hardness of 50 to 60 HRC, supporting dynamic loads up to 4000 N. Connecting rods are made of heat-treated steel alloy with tensile strength up to 1200 MPa. Intake and exhaust valves have diameters between 30 and 80 millimeters, head angles of 30 to 45 degrees, and can withstand gas temperatures up to 700°C. All components are CNC-finished with micron-level tolerance control for precision performance.
Bearings and bushings are made from copper-tin alloy reinforced with steel backing, with hydrodynamic pressure tolerance up to 80 MPa. Friction layer thickness ranges from 0.1 to 0.3 millimeters, and internal diameter tolerance is H7. High-pressure lubrication and internal channels provide efficient cooling. Component fatigue resistance reaches 300 MPa, and operational temperature tolerance is up to 150°C. Optimized design reduces friction, extends engine lifespan, and ensures stable performance under harsh construction conditions.
