Cummins 1026BT Engine Fan

The Cummins 1026BT engine fan is made of lightweight, heat- and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, with an outer diameter of 520 millimeters. It features 8 blades with a 35-degree angle, designed to optimize airflow for engine cooling. Blade thickness ranges from 4 to 6 millimeters, and the spacing between blades is 65 millimeters. The fan can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to 250°C and rotation speeds up to 4500 RPM. The motor attachment shaft has a diameter of 25 millimeters and a torque capacity of 120 Nm. The external surface is anodized for wear and oxidation resistance.

The fan structure incorporates a hydrodynamic design to reduce vibration and noise. Its total weight is approximately 3.5 kilograms, and the center of gravity is precisely aligned within ±1 millimeter. Attachment to the engine pulley is secured with six M8 bolts, spaced 45 millimeters radially. All fans undergo CNC machining, dynamic balance testing, and thermal durability tests according to ISO 1940 to ensure long life and optimal engine performance.
