The Vogiran threaded strainer valve is designed with a ductile iron GGG40 or bronze body to remove suspended particles from fluid systems. It features a stainless steel 304 or 316 mesh filter with a filtration precision of 500–800 microns. The valve body is rated for PN16 pressure and operates effectively within a temperature range of 0°C to 200°C. Its threaded connections are manufactured according to ISO 7/1 BSP or NPT standards, ensuring reliable sealing and leak-free performance. The bottom cap is threaded for easy drainage and filter maintenance, making it ideal for water, air, steam, oil, and other non-corrosive fluids.

The strainer must be installed according to the flow direction indicated on the body to ensure optimal filtering and solid particle discharge. Applying Teflon tape or standard sealing materials on threads prevents leakage. After installation, perform operational and leakage tests at system working pressure.
