The Figure 565 ball valve by Vog Iran is a flanged valve with a floating ball design and full bore configuration, designed for operating pressures up to 16 bar. It is manufactured in sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 250 and can withstand working temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius under standard conditions. The body is made of grey cast iron or ductile iron, while the ball is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. Flanged connections comply with EN 1092-1, and the face-to-face dimensions follow EN 558 standards. The valve operates with a 90-degree turn and supports actuator mounting according to ISO 5211. Sealing is achieved using PTFE, and leakage performance meets Class A as per EN 12266-1.
