The Farab metal seated gate valve with stainless rings model GVS25 is a heavy-duty industrial valve designed for high-pressure applications in oil, gas, and steam systems. The body is made of carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB with a nominal pressure rating of PN25. The gate is stainless steel with precision-machined sealing surfaces, and the seat rings are made of 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion and wear resistance. Flanged connections conform to EN 1092-2, and installation dimensions follow DIN 3202. The valve operates up to 400°C and 25 bar pressure, making it suitable for high-pressure steam and process pipelines.
The Farab GVS25 gate valve features a straight-through bore to minimize pressure drop and optimize flow efficiency. The stainless steel stem and heat-resistant graphite packing ensure reliable sealing under thermal stress. The bolted bonnet design allows easy access for maintenance and inspection. Precision-machined stainless steel seats provide bidirectional, leak-free operation. Each valve is hydrostatically and leakage tested according to API 598 standards to ensure safety, durability, and consistent performance under demanding conditions.

The Farab GVS25 metal-wedge gate valve is manufactured with a GGG40 ductile iron body and a hardened steel wedge to ensure high mechanical strength and durability under elevated working pressures. The stem is made of stainless steel with enhanced abrasion resistance, and its precise metal-to-metal sealing follows EN 1171 tolerances. A minimum 250-micron fusion-bonded epoxy coating provides excellent corrosion protection. The PN25-rated flanges are machined to withstand pressures up to 25 bar. Quality control procedures include hydrostatic testing, leakage testing, and coating inspection according to international standards, ensuring reliable performance of the GVS25 in industrial pipelines, water distribution networks, and high-pressure systems.
