The gearless elevator traction machine utilizes an internal permanent magnet synchronous motor PMSM design. Output power ranges from 7 to 55 kW with rotational speeds of 100 to 280 RPM. Energy efficiency is guaranteed at 97% under IEC 60034-30 Class IE5 standards. Continuous torque varies from 500 to 4000 Nm, designed to handle 200% overload for 30 seconds. A closed-loop oil cooling system maintains winding temperatures below 105°C. Operational noise levels measure below 45 dB at one meter distance per ISO 4871.

The motor structure includes a Class H insulated stator, N54SH-grade neodymium magnet rotor, and SKF bearings rated for 200,000 hours. An integrated Variable Frequency Drive VFD with Field-Oriented Control FOC achieves ±0.5 mm stopping accuracy. A dual safety brake system activates with 350–3500 Nm braking torque within 70 milliseconds. Embedded sensors comprise three PT100 temperature sensors, a 24-bit optical encoder, and a triaxial MEMS accelerometer. These motors are optimized for 380–480V three-phase power supply at 50/60 Hz frequency.
