Volvo loader steering hydraulic pump
The Volvo loader steering hydraulic pump is made of wear- and pressure-resistant alloy steel, capable of withstanding operational pressures up to 280 bar. The internal gear diameter is 50 millimeters, with a center distance of 55 millimeters, providing hydraulic oil flow up to 120 liters per minute at 2500 RPM. The 17-degree gear design increases energy transfer efficiency to 91 percent and reduces noise during extended operational cycles. The pump body is made of lightweight, heat-resistant aluminum, with CNC-machined internal surfaces for wear reduction.
Internally, it includes roller bearings with a radial load capacity up to 3200 Newtons and 6-millimeter lubrication grooves, ensuring smooth and stable main shaft operation. The total pump weight is approximately 7.8 kilograms, with main shaft assembly precision under 0.02 millimeters. Its modular design allows internal component replacement without disassembling the entire body, extending the hydraulic steering system lifespan.
