Komatsu excavator engine speed sensor
The Komatsu excavator engine speed sensor is made of stainless steel and engineering-grade plastic, with thermal resistance from -40°C to 125°C, ensuring measurement accuracy of ±0.5% over 0 to 3000 rpm. The sensor diameter is 20 mm, body length 60 mm, and weight approximately 120 grams. The internal structure includes a permanent magnet and nickel-coated magnetic core, providing a noise-free output signal with frequency ranging from 0.1 to 5 kHz.
Sensor connections use vibration- and oil-resistant industrial connectors, and the signal cable is shielded against electromagnetic interference. Installation is press-fit at 1 mm distance from the flywheel to maintain measurement accuracy. Performance testing includes output signal verification under operational temperatures, 5 g vibration, and 95% humidity, guaranteeing a service life exceeding 8 years.
