The Komatsu 470 loader fuse box is made from engineering-grade plastic resistant to heat and vibration, with a 5-millimeter wall thickness. It weighs approximately 3.5 kilograms and measures 220×150×120 millimeters. The box contains 12 standard fuses rated from 5 to 30 amperes and 4 circuit control relays. UV-resistant and dustproof casing with IP65 standard ensures stable operation of the loaders electrical systems under harsh environmental conditions.
The fuse box features quick-connect M6 screws and mounts easily on the cabin or side frame. Internal design optimizes thermal distribution, preventing fuse overheating. Contact resistance is below 5 milliohms, and the service life exceeds 10 years under standard operating conditions.
