Nitrided and ground gears with optimized helix angle maintain mechanical backlash below 2 arc minutes and reduce operational noise to less than 62 dBA. The reinforced housing, made of GGG-70 ductile iron with electrostatic coating, withstands radial loads up to 300 kN and axial loads up to 200 kN.
An intelligent lubrication system with active temperature control ensures stable performance across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, making this product suitable for industrial robotics, material handling systems, and heavy machinery. Preloaded tapered roller bearings and a multi-stage sealing system with a grease chamber extend operational life under harsh conditions.
The modular structure of these planetary gearboxes enables direct flange mounting onto standard IEC and NEMA motors, supporting horizontal, vertical, and angular mounting configurations.
