TPE 55D round belt

The TPE 55D round belt is made from thermoplastic elastomer with a hardness of 55D and tensile strength up to 60 MPa. Its operating temperature range is -30 to 100°C, offering excellent dimensional stability under thermal variation. Belt thickness varies from 3 to 20 mm and width from 12 to 150 mm. The internal structure includes aramid fiber reinforcement to prevent elongation under cyclic loads. It provides outstanding resistance to wear, humidity, and moderate chemicals, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.

With a high friction coefficient, the belt ensures precise, slip-free operation on both metal and polymer pulleys. Its expected service life exceeds 7 years under standard working conditions. The accurate geometric design minimizes noise and vibration in power transmission systems.
