The PU 80A poly cord belt is manufactured from polyurethane with a Shore A hardness of 80 and is designed for light to medium-duty industrial applications. It is available in diameters ranging from 3 to 15 millimeters with a tensile strength of approximately 28 Newtons per square millimeter. The operating temperature range is minus 30 to plus 75 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for a wide variety of transmission systems. The PU 80A poly cord belt is supplied in roll lengths and can be end-to-end welded using dedicated thermal welding equipment.
