TPE 63D polycord belt

The TPE 63D polycord belt is made from thermoplastic elastomer with a hardness of 63D according to ASTM D2240, offering tensile strength up to 65 MPa. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -30 to 110°C, providing high resistance to abrasion, industrial solvents, and impact loads. Belt thickness ranges from 3 to 22 mm and width from 12 to 160 mm. The internal structure is reinforced with aramid fibers to prevent elongation and excessive bending under heavy-duty conditions, ensuring extended service life.

This belt features a high friction coefficient on metal and polymer pulleys, ensuring slip-free power transmission.
