Bando BB Double V V-Belt

The Bando BB Double V V-Belt is made from durable rubber reinforced with polyester tensile cords and is capable of transmitting power on both sides of the belt. Its standard BB width and reinforced thickness allow it to withstand mechanical stresses and high torque in complex industrial drives. The belt’s dual-direction flexibility extends its service life by up to 40% compared to traditional V-belts. Its operating temperature range is -20 to 90 degrees Celsius, with strong resistance to oils, greases, and heat.

The symmetric structure of the BB V-belt reduces system vibration, prevents excess heat buildup, and ensures smooth performance in serpentine and reverse-bend drives. Standard and custom lengths up to 5000 millimeters are manufactured with ±0.2 millimeter dimensional accuracy.
