The manufacturing process includes precise fiber weaving, resin impregnation, and hydraulic pressing at 160–180 °C under 5–8 MPa pressure. This process enhances adhesion between fibers and friction particles, ensures uniform heat distribution, and reduces stress concentration on the contact surface. Wear resistance measures approximately 0.28 mm per 1000 cycles, with a friction coefficient of 0.33–0.40 in dry conditions and 0.27–0.33 in oily environments. These characteristics guarantee stable performance and long service life for industrial brake and clutch systems.
The mechanical and chemical capabilities of this lining include dynamic load tolerance up to 2.5 MPa, vibration resistance up to 15 Hz, and compatibility with various industrial oils. Thermal resistance ranges from 80 to 260 °C, with short-term thermal shock tolerance up to 300 °C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. The woven structure reduces disc or drum wear, minimizes noise and vibration, and improves overall system efficiency.
