The gearless elevator traction machine utilizes an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor PMSM design. Output power ranges from 10 to 75 kW with rotational speeds of 80 to 250 RPM. Energy efficiency is guaranteed at 96.5% under IEC 60034-30 Class IE5 standards. Continuous torque varies from 600 to 5000 Nm, designed to handle 220% overload for 30 seconds. A closed-loop oil cooling system maintains winding temperatures below 110°C. Operational noise levels measure below 48 dB at one meter distance per ISO 4871.
The motor structure includes a Class H insulated stator, N52EH-grade neodymium magnet rotor, and SKF bearings rated for 250,000 hours. An integrated Variable Frequency Drive VFD with Field-Oriented Control FOC achieves ±0.75 mm stopping accuracy. A dual safety brake system activates with 400–4000 Nm braking torque within 60 milliseconds. Embedded sensors comprise three PT100 temperature sensors, a 22-bit optical encoder, and a triaxial MEMS accelerometer. These motors are optimized for 400–480V three-phase power supply at 50/60 Hz frequency. All units are tested and certified per safety standards EN 81-20/50 and ISO 22201-1.You can order and buy Lift engine from Iran by contacting us through whatsaap and email.

Elevator Motor: Technical Selection Guide
Selecting an elevator motor requires precise analysis of technical and operational parameters. Load capacity kg and required speed m/s are the foundation of calculations. Shaft height number of stops determines the motor type traction or hydraulic. For high-rise buildings over 5 floors, gearless traction motors are recommended due to high efficiency and low maintenance. For low heights and heavy loads, hydraulic motors are a more cost-effective option. Input voltage and frequency must match the motor specifications. Insulation Class and Protection Rating IP are critical for the motor room environmental conditions. Safety certifications CE, EN 81-20 and a valid manufacturers warranty are the final selection criteria. Consultation with an experienced mechanical engineer is mandatory.
