Elevator cabin , Iran

The elevator car is constructed from aluminum composite panels with high-density polyethylene HDPE core or pre-painted galvanized steel, 1.8–3.5 mm thick. Standard internal dimensions range from 1100x1400 mm to 2400x2800 mm with ceiling heights of 2200–2600 mm. Load capacity varies from 450 to 2500 kg, designed with a 1.25 safety factor per EN 81-20 standards. The car floor uses porcelain ceramic tiles 10 mm thick with anti-slip coating achieving a friction coefficient of 0.75. Interior walls are clad with 304 stainless steel sheets 1.2 mm thick featuring satin brushed or mirror bead-blasted finishes. All joints utilize A2-70 stainless steel bolts and silicone elastomer sealants with thermal resistance from –40°C to +200°C.

The car frame consists of welded steel profiles with 355 MPa yield strength and 80-micron electrostatic epoxy coating. The suspension system includes four to eight guide shoes with carbon-reinforced thermoplastic material for friction coefficients below 0.06. The car door is a two-panel automatic type with a 150W synchronous motor, opening speeds of 0.3–0.8 m/s, and infrared safety sensors. The car roof features a 550x750 mm safety hatch supporting 130 kg weight and integrated 48V LED lighting with Color Rendering Index CRI above 85. The floor integrates load cells with ±0.2% accuracy and an automatic re-leveling system with ±1 mm precision. Manufacturing complies with EN 13501-1 Class A fire resistance, ISO 4190-6 dimensions, and ASME A17.1 safety certification standards. You can order and buy Elevator cabin from Iran by contacting us through whatsaap and email.

Replacement and Refurbishment of Old Elevator Cabins

Replacing an old elevator cabin is a technical process to enhance safety, efficiency, and aesthetics. First, a complete assessment of the existing shaft structure, rails, and drive system must be conducted. The new cabin must be designed according to current standards like EN 81-20 in terms of dimensions and load. Using lightweight and durable materials such as aluminum composite or steel reduces the load on the motor. Refurbishment includes updating interior panels, LED lighting systems, and modern displays. Safety enhancements with new handrails, mirrors, and emergency communication systems are essential. This process must be supervised by a qualified engineer and follow all safety protocols. Finally, full load and performance testing of the system after installation is mandatory.
