A vibratory hopper with variable frequency control standardizes material density in cartridges. The machine includes a check-weighing system with ±0.2g accuracy to reject faulty packs. A thermal printer unit imprints production and expiry dates directly onto the film. The machines power consumption is 7.5 kW, connecting to a 220V single-phase, 50 Hz supply.
