The PC063 direct shaft gearbox is a helical type with a pre-stage design, capable of transmitting torque from 2.6 to 1195 Nm and an input speed of 1400 RPM. Its housing is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, and the total system weight is approximately 13 kg. The shafts are manufactured with ISO Class 6 precision and a surface hardness of 50-60 HRC, providing simultaneous radial and axial load capacity. The helix angle of the gears ranges from 15 to 35 degrees, achieving a power transmission efficiency of up to 96%. Internal lubrication with ISO VG 220 industrial oil extends the service life of components beyond 50,000 operating hours.

The PC063 gearbox allows direct motor mounting with a B5 standard flange and coaxial connection to NMRV worm gear units. The output flange is designed as size 71B14a, enabling continuous high torque transmission. Bearings are of tapered and cylindrical roller types, and the shaft surface is dynamically balanced to ±0.02 mm. This design complies with ISO and AGMA standards and supports the installation of speed control and braking systems, while ensuring power transmission with minimal noise and friction.
