The CEW NMRV25 worm gearbox is designed with a gear ratio ranging from 5:1 to 100:1 and supports an input power of up to 1.5 kW. The output shaft is made of alloy steel with a surface hardness of 58 HRC and can withstand radial loads up to 2000 N. Its aluminum housing is precision-machined from a lightweight, corrosion-resistant alloy and allows installation at various angles. Internal permanent lubrication with industrial grease extends the gears’ service life up to 25,000 hours. The input shaft diameter is 14 mm, and the output shaft diameter is 25 mm, while precise assembly reduces vibration and noise levels to 55 dB.

The CEW NMRV25 worm gears are manufactured to ISO Class 6 accuracy and feature a 14-degree helix angle for smooth torque transmission. Mechanical efficiency varies between 75% and 85% depending on the reduction ratio, and it can handle peak loads up to 4000 N. Its compact design allows easy installation on automation equipment and production lines. Shafts are reinforced with nickel-chrome coating, enhancing wear and corrosion resistance.
