The assembly includes an exhaust manifold, reinforced mid-pipe, multi-stage silencer, and a 45-degree vertical outlet. The silencer features a multilayer ceramic fiber structure that reduces engine noise by up to 43 decibels. All joints are precision TIG welded to prevent gas leakage and extend system durability.

The heat-resistant surface coating withstands temperatures up to 920 degrees Celsius, preventing oxidation and discoloration. The total exhaust weight is approximately 20 to 25 kilograms, allowing for direct installation on the main chassis. A dual-layer thermal insulator in the central section prevents heat transfer to the air filter and fuel delivery system, improving operational safety and reliability.
