The system includes an exhaust manifold, reinforced mid-pipe, multi-stage silencer, and a 45-degree vertical outlet. The internal pipe diameter ranges from 85 to 100 millimeters, with a wall thickness of about 2 millimeters. The silencer features a multilayer ceramic fiber insulation structure that reduces engine noise by up to 42 decibels. All joints are TIG welded to prevent gas leakage and extend the system’s operational life.

The silicone-based surface coating withstands temperatures up to 920 degrees Celsius, preventing oxidation and discoloration.
