The mahab clutch- and gearbox-operated wafer gate valve features a cast iron or stainless steel body with a steel disc, supporting working pressures up to 16 bar. Its operating temperature reaches 180°C, suitable for water, steam, and industrial fluids. The clutch and gearbox allow precise operation without high manual force. The wafer design permits installation between EN 1092 standard flanges with minimal space. Corrosion- and wear-resistant coating extends valve service life.
The valve includes precise sealing with pressure- and temperature-resistant rubber or metal rings. Hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times maximum working pressure ensures safety and quality. Compatible pipe diameters range from 50 to 600 mm. This valve is recommended for industrial, refinery, and construction projects.
