The Mahab dismantling joint is made of ductile iron GGG40 with electrostatic epoxy coating and is designed to facilitate the installation and removal of components in pressurized pipelines. It is manufactured in nominal diameters from 80 to 2000 millimeters with pressure ratings from PN10 to PN25. Main components include the body, adjustable sleeve, end flange, and galvanized steel bolts and nuts. The sealing gaskets are made of NBR or EPDM rubber with temperature resistance up to 80°C. The flanged design complies with EN 1092-2 standard and allows axial adjustment up to ±25 millimeters, making installation easier and faster.
