The Mahab chamber gate valve is made of ductile iron body with a dense epoxy coating, ensuring resistance to corrosion, impact, and high pressure. Its nominal diameter ranges from 80 to 1000 millimeters with a working pressure up to 16 bar. The rubber-seated wedge with a metallic core provides perfect sealing even with suspended particles in the flow. The main stem is manufactured from stainless steel with a tensile strength above 700 MPa. Flanged ends comply with EN 1092-2 standard, and the valve operates reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 70°C.
The Mahab chamber gate valve can be equipped with manual or gearbox actuators for installation in municipal water lines, reservoirs, and underground utilities. All moving parts are machined with a precision tolerance of ±0.3 mm to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation. Hydrostatic testing is conducted at 24 bar and leakage testing at 17.6 bar. A 250-micron powder epoxy coating extends the service life beyond 20 years. The ergonomic chamber cover design allows easy access and maintenance.
