ٍelectric hoist
The overhead crane is a mechanical-electrical system for moving heavy loads across production halls or warehouses. Typical load capacity ranges from 1 to 50 tons, with span lengths from 5 to 30 meters. Trolley and load travel speeds are adjustable between 0.5 and 20 meters per minute. The main structure consists of I-beam steel with reinforced welding and bolting, standard steel rails, and insulated safety cables. AC or DC electric motors ranging from 1 to 15 kilowatts power longitudinal, lateral, and hoisting movements.
The hoist system includes multi-strand steel wire ropes, precision pulleys, and electromagnetic or mechanical brakes. Crane control is achieved via wall-mounted panels or wireless remote. Standard rail lengths range from 20 to 100 meters, capable of high dynamic and static loads. Safety features include upper and lower limit switches, motor thermal protection, and anti-collision systems. Easy installation and maintenance extend the service life in industrial environments.
