The Yilmaz direct shaft gearbox is manufactured with a multi-stage design and helical gears made from hardened alloy steel. This gearbox can transmit torque up to 3500 Newton-meters, with an adjustable gear ratio ranging from 7 to 90. Precise gear design and internal lubrication using ISO VG 150 industrial oil enhance mechanical efficiency to over 93% and reduce friction. The gearbox housing is made of corrosion-resistant cast iron, ensuring high strength and durability in harsh environmental conditions.
