The YILMAZ helical inline gearbox series M is a high-precision industrial model designed for continuous and heavy-duty applications with exceptional mechanical efficiency. Its housing is made of GG20 gray cast iron and available in sizes 40 to 200. This series is offered in two to four-stage configurations with gear ratios ranging from 3.2 to 400. The mechanical efficiency reaches up to 97 percent, minimizing energy losses in production systems. The helical gears are manufactured from nitrided alloy steel with DIN 6 precision, ensuring smooth operation and reduced noise levels. The finned housing and accurately designed bearings enhance thermal stability and maintain consistent performance under high temperatures.
The YILMAZ M series gearbox delivers up to 12,000 Nm of output torque and supports input power from 0.18 to 132 kW. The output shaft is available in solid, hollow, and flanged versions to fit diverse mounting configurations. The IEC-standard motor flange allows direct coupling with three-phase electric motors.
