XP900 generator exhaust
The XP900 generator exhaust is engineered for efficient engine gas discharge and noise reduction in industrial environments. The exhaust body is made from stainless steel with an Fe-Cr-Ni composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 750°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2 to 2.5 mm and is protected with a high-temperature corrosion-resistant coating. The total length is approximately 800 mm, with an outlet diameter of 100 mm. The internal design, including expansion chambers and optimized flow paths, reduces back pressure and improves exhaust efficiency.
The XP900 exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 12 mm compressed fiberglass insulation, minimizing heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection uses a reinforced 8 mm thick steel flange with a high-temperature gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 150 Hz and corrosion durability verified by 1000 hours of salt spray testing. The total weight is around 9.2 kg, designed for direct installation on the generator manifold. This structure ensures long-term durability, reduced emissions, and stable operation in industrial applications.
