The wire rope braiding and crimping machine is an industrial system for producing and securely finishing wire rope ends. Typical wire rope diameters range from 4 to 32 millimeters, with crimp stroke adjustable between 50 and 150 millimeters. Braiding speed varies from 10 to 60 meters per minute, while hydraulic working pressure ranges from 150 to 300 bar. The body is made of reinforced steel with anti-rust coating, and CNC dies ensure precise crimping. Digital control allows exact adjustment of pressure, stroke, and speed.
The machine includes high-strength steel chains and cables, a hydraulic piston with precision control valves, and a 10–20 liter oil tank. Operator safety is ensured with transparent guards and an emergency stop switch. Anti-slip bases and device weight between 80 and 300 kilograms allow safe installation and transport. High braiding and crimping efficiency ensures precise wire rope connections and minimizes material waste. It supports steel, galvanized, and fiber wire ropes.
