Vogiran swing check valve PN16
The Vogiran swing check valve PN16 is designed with a ductile iron GGG40 or grey cast iron GG25 body, rated for a nominal pressure of 16 bar. It features a stainless steel swing disc with a wear-resistant hinge shaft securely connected to the valve body. The working temperature range is between 0°C and 200°C, and the internal sealing is achieved using a metal or elastomer seat EPDM/NBR to prevent backflow leakage. The swing-type mechanism allows rapid closure of the disc during reverse flow, eliminating water hammer effects in pressurized pipelines. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 3202 and ISO 5752 standards, it is suitable for horizontal installation in water, wastewater, and heating systems.
Depending on size DN50 to DN300, the valve weight ranges from 8 to 110 kilograms, with flanges designed according to EN1092-2 standards. It provides corrosion resistance and hydrostatic pressure testing up to 24 bar for enhanced reliability.
