The Vogiran lever and weight swing check valve PN16 is engineered with a cast iron body made from GG25 or GGG40, designed for a nominal pressure of 16 bar. The shaft, disc, and lever are constructed from stainless steel to ensure long-term durability under demanding operating conditions. The allowable working temperature range is between 0°C and 200°C, with internal sealing achieved by metal-to-metal or elastomeric seats EPDM/NBR. The lever and counterweight mechanism ensures gradual disc closure, effectively preventing water hammer in pressurized pipelines. The valve is manufactured in compliance with DIN and ISO standards and is suitable for horizontal installation in industrial fluid systems.
Depending on the size DN50 to DN300, the valve weight ranges from 9 to 120 kilograms, and flanges are designed according to EN1092-2 standards. Its corrosion-resistant body and hydrostatic test rating up to 24 bar guarantee reliable operation.
