Vari air
A screw air compressor is a high-efficiency air compression device using two intermeshing helical rotors. Air delivery ranges from 1.5 to 25 cubic meters per minute, with working pressure adjustable between 7 and 13 bar. Electric motors from 15 to 250 kW or diesel engines 20 to 300 hp provide driving power. Rotors are made of precision alloy steel with anti-wear coating and withstand temperatures up to 200°C. Water or air cooling systems ensure performance efficiency and long internal component life.
The compressor structure includes an oil sump, multi-stage filtration system, and automatic pressure valves. Output pressure is monitored via sensors and digital controllers, while vibration is reduced with anti-vibration mounts. Standard ISO VG 46 oil lubricates and cools the rotors. The steel body with industrial-grade coating provides protection. These specifications optimize the screw compressor for industrial workshops, production lines, and construction projects.
