The Transtecno CM 040 worm gearbox is a compact model with precise industrial design, developed for power transmission in limited spaces. This gearbox delivers an output torque of up to 90 Nm and offers a wide range of gear ratios from 1:7 to 1:100. Its die-cast aluminum housing ensures low weight and high resistance to corrosion. The input shaft diameter is 9 mm and the standard output shaft diameter is 18 mm. The efficiency in single-stage operation ranges between 70 and 75 percent.
The Transtecno CM 040 worm gearbox is designed for continuous operation under different temperature conditions from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Specialized industrial-grade lubricant enhances the service life of the gears. The nominal input speed is supported up to 1400 rpm, and the output shaft can withstand a radial load of up to 1200 N. This model is manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO standards, making it suitable for packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and industrial automation applications.
