TOYO 10 ton hoist
The 10-ton four-way two-speed TOYO electric crane features a main motor of 15 kW operating at 380 volts, capable of lifting loads up to 15 meters. Its dual-speed hoist provides lifting rates of 3 and 6 meters per minute, allowing precise or rapid load handling. The 8 mm thick steel structure with anti-corrosion coating offers 460 MPa tensile strength and high resistance to bending and torsion. Under standard operating conditions, the expected service life of the motor and wire rope is approximately 12,000 hours, with overall system efficiency measured above 93 percent. This crane is designed for industrial and workshop environments handling heavy loads continuously.
Equipped with a rail trolley and remote control with a 25-meter operational range, the crane achieves positioning accuracy of ±2 centimeters. Full-load current consumption reaches 35 amperes, while overload protection up to 110 percent of nominal capacity and integrated motor thermal sensors ensure operator safety. Easy maintenance with direct access to mechanical and electrical components minimizes downtime and repair costs. The fast and smooth magnetic brake system allows precise load stopping in under 0.5 seconds.
