The assembly features a clutch plate with coil springs resistant to thermal stress up to 250°C, ensuring smooth operation and reduced impact transmission. The compatible flywheel has a 6-bolt pattern, providing precise installation and high safety. The friction material on the plate is made of resin-reinforced organic fibers, increasing service life up to 60,000 km.
The Valeo used Kara clutch plate has a friction coefficient between 0.35 and 0.40, balancing smooth gear shifts with sufficient torque transfer. The plate is designed for a pressure of approximately 650 kg, fully compatible with the 5-speed Kara gearbox. The spring-loaded plate hub reduces secondary vibrations and transmission noise by up to 30%.
