Steel Hot Water Boiler for Central Heating 300,000 Aras Sanat Model B300s
The Aras Sanat B300s steel hot water boiler is made of durable steel with a thickness of 10 to 14 millimeters and is designed for very high-capacity industrial and building central heating systems. Its thermal capacity is 300,000 kilocalories per hour, with an adjustable operating temperature range of 70 to 95 degrees Celsius. The internal volume is approximately 2,400 liters, and the maximum design pressure is 6 bar. The heat transfer surface is optimized with water tubes and fins, achieving a thermal efficiency of around 88 percent. The boiler features a front access door, a short flue path, and provisions for temperature and pressure sensors.
The B300s steel hot water boiler includes safety systems such as a pressure relief valve, thermostat, and high-limit switch to prevent body damage. The exterior is coated with heat-resistant paint and insulated with 50 millimeters of glass wool, keeping energy loss below 7 percent. The total weight is approximately 1,500 kilograms, and the dimensions are suitable for large industrial boiler rooms. Inlet and outlet pipes are 2 inches in diameter for direct connection to pumped circulation systems. The product complies with Iranian national standards and EN 303-1 international standards.
