The Aras Sanat B175s steel hot water boiler is made of durable steel with a thickness of 6 to 12 millimeters and is designed for high-capacity central heating systems. Its thermal capacity is 175,000 kilocalories per hour, with an adjustable operating temperature range of 70 to 95 degrees Celsius. The internal volume is approximately 1,400 liters, and the maximum operating pressure is 6 bar. The heat transfer surface is enhanced with water tubes and fins, achieving thermal efficiency of around 88 percent. The boiler features a front access door, a short flue path, and provisions for temperature and pressure sensors.
The B175s steel hot water boiler includes safety systems such as a pressure relief valve, thermostat, and high-limit switch to prevent damage to the body. The exterior is coated with heat-resistant paint and insulated with 50 millimeters of glass wool, keeping energy loss below 7 percent. The total weight is approximately 950 kilograms, and the dimensions are suitable for medium to large boiler rooms. Inlet and outlet pipes are 2 inches in diameter for direct connection to pumped circulation systems. The product complies with Iranian national standards and EN 303-1 international standards.
