Stainless steel snap hook
The stainless steel carabiner is a durable and secure connector used for anchoring, lifting, and industrial and recreational rope systems. It is manufactured from stainless steel grade 304 or 316 with tensile strength ranging from 500 to 1000 MPa. Load capacity varies from 0.5 to 5 tons depending on size. The carabiner features a closed loop design with a spring-loaded or screw gate to prevent accidental opening. Polished or industrial matte finishes provide excellent corrosion resistance in humid and harsh environments.
Structurally, the stainless steel carabiner has a forged body with controlled heat treatment for enhanced strength and durability. The internal spring-loaded gate is precision machined to ensure safe attachment and release. It can operate in temperatures from −40°C to +300°C. The carabiner is compatible with ropes, wire ropes, shackles, and other lifting or anchoring equipment. It is widely used in marine, climbing, industrial rigging, and oil and gas applications.
