Slotted Hex Bolt
Hexagon slotted screws are hybrid fasteners featuring a hexagonal head for wrenches and a slotted drive for screwdrivers, enabling secure and quick installation. Typically made from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel with surface hardness of 250–400 HB and tensile strength of 600–1000 MPa. Bolt diameters range from M3 to M20, with lengths from 10 to 150 mm. Threads are manufactured according to ISO or DIN standards, providing suitable tensile and torque load capacity for industrial and structural connections. Surface treatment with galvanization, chrome, or epoxy enhances corrosion and wear resistance.
