refrigeration dryer
Refrigerated air dryers utilize a closed refrigeration circuit with R134a or R410a refrigerant. Their nominal capacity ranges from 10 to 5000 liters per second under standard conditions. The pressure dew point at the outlet is set at a constant 3±°C at 7 bar pressure. Energy efficiency is rated between 0.8 to 1.2 kW per 100 liters per second. Condensers and evaporators are copper tube and aluminum fin coils with 14 fins per inch. Screw or scroll compressors with IE4 motors and IP55 protection ensure reliable operation. A digital PID controller manages evaporator temperature with 0.5°C accuracy.
The dryer structure includes a cyclone separator with 99% efficiency for bulk moisture removal. Air-to-air heat exchangers with 85% efficiency reduce the systems thermal load. Activated carbon filters adsorb particles down to 0.01 microns in size. Modular solenoid valves with under 2-second response enable precise flow control. The housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel with an 80-micron epoxy coating. Operating sound pressure level is maintained below 65 dB at one meter. An intelligent alarm system monitors filter differential pressure and abnormal temperatures. Optimal performance is typically within an ambient temperature range of 5 to 45°C.
